Open Bhumi Abhilekh
The Government of Maharashtra’s land-record site: bhulekh.mahabhumi.gov.in

Choose 7/12, then the place
Pick “७/१२”, then district (जिल्हा), taluka (तालुका) and village (गाव).

Search the land
By survey or gat number (सर्वे / गट नंबर) or by owner name (नाव). Enter your mobile number and the captcha (सांकेतिक क्रमांक).

Read four things
The owners’ names, the area (in hectare and are), other rights (इतर हक्क) such as loans or charges, and the mutation numbers (फेरफार क्रमांक).
